In addition to our work with children and families, McKendree offers opportunities for others in the early childhood field to grow in community with us.  We offer both individual and group tours, Educator Exchange Days, and other professional development opportunities to enhance an understanding of child-directed programming, emergent curriculum, and reflective practice.

In response to increasing requests for consultation, training, and tours, we have now created Inquiry Visits – for an hourly fee, colleagues may arrange to see our play and inquiry based learning in action and then meet for personalized coaching and reflection with members of our team.
